Mindy Connett, Owner / Accounting
Mindy has more than 24 years in commercial real estate, representing both Tenant and Landlord positions. Previously she managed various commercial properties in several states for Cole Real Estate Investments and the Inland Real Estate Group. Her focus is on the accounting for TMCCRE handling accounts receivable and payables, CAM Reconciliations, and Owner Reports. Mindy earned her BIS in Organizational Management from Arizona State University and holds an Arizona real estate license.

Terry Connett, Owner / Property Management
Terry began his real estate career with Trammell Crow Company and continued to excel thereafter with developers, institutional owners, third-party management companies, and was most recently with Kimco Realty Corp. He gained a solid foundation of experiences in real estate operations, leadership, and third-party management development. During his career, Terry has managed over 25 million SF of retail shopping centers, office buildings, industrial office parks, and rail-served distribution centers for a variety of property owners in Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, Idaho, Oregon, Utah, Texas, and Oklahoma. Terry served in the US Navy, earned his BS in Criminal Justice from the University of Houston, was an active member of BOMA and IREM, was a Certified Property Manager (CPM) for 20 years, and is a Broker in South Dakota, Colorado, and Arizona.
